|Tracy is the Program Coordinator and a Professor in the ABA Approved Paralegal Program at MSU Moorhead. Tracy was engaged in private practice in several Fargo-Moorhead area law firms as well as in Great Bend, Kansas for over a decade. Tracy has worked on a wide variety of cases ranging from class action lawsuits involving several thousand plaintiffs to being engaged as a public defender for the EC Judicial District in Fargo, ND. He has lectured at continuing education seminars for lawyers, paralegals and human resource professionals in addition to lecturing as an adjunct instructor at several academic institutions. In addition to his duties as Program Coordinator, Tracy currently teaches several law-related courses including Civil Procedure, Ethics and Family Law. He is licensed in state and federal court in ND and MN and belongs to several bar associations. Tracy is proud to teach in one of the few ABA approved, bachelor-degree paralegal programs in the region.
