Call For Applications/Nominations CLE Commission The Board of Governors is now accepting applications and nominations for three openings on the CLE Commission. The terms of Annette Bendish, Dan Buchanan and Steve Lamb will expire on June 30, 2010. Dan Buchanan is eligible for reappointment. Under Rule 2, North Dakota Rules Continuing Legal Education, the Board will appoint a chair and members to the CLE Commission. If you want to be considered for nomination or to nominate a practicing lawyer, please send a letter and resume to Bill Neumann at the SBAND office, or by email to info@sband.org by Friday, May 28, 2010.
