  • A person who uses, or possesses with intent to use, drug paraphernalia to manufacture, compound, convert, produce, process, prepare, test, inject, ingest, inhale, or analyze a controlled substance other than marijuana, is guilty of Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
