Tort Liability
The [owner] [occupant] [lessor] of premises owes no duty to a trespasser other than to refrain from harming the trespasser in a willful and wanton manner. If, however, a trespasser's presence in a place of danger becomes known, the [owner] [occupant] [lessor] has a duty to exercise ordinary care to avoid injuring the trespasser.
