  • A pedestrian must exercise ordinary care at all times in crossing a street, whether crossing at a crosswalk or at any other point on a street. The degree of diligence required in the exercise of ordinary care is commensurate with the dangers present in the situation faced, thus, the greater the danger, the greater the diligence required in the exercise of ordinary care.
