  • Any person who drives a motor vehicle on a highway, or on a public or private area to which the public has a right of access for vehicular use, while that person’s license or privilege to drive is suspended or revoked in any jurisdiction, is guilty of Driving Under Suspension or Revocation.

     

    ESSENTIAL ELEMENTS OF THE OFFENSE

     

    The State’s burden of proof is satisfied if the evidence shows, beyond a reasonable doubt, the following essential elements:
