  • Disarming Law Enforcement Officer A person is guilty of an offense if, without the consent of the law enforcement officer, the person willfully takes or removes, or attempts to take or remove, a firearm from a law enforcement officer engaged in the performance of official duties.

    The State's burden of proof is satisfied if the evidence shows, beyond a reasonable doubt, the following essential elements:
