Refund Policies

The State Bar Association of North Dakota’s refund policies are as follows:

 

Live Seminars and Webinars
Paid registrants who cancel (in writing) at least 72 hours before the program will receive a credit on their account for the amount of the registration less a $10 processing fee.  Paid registrants who fail to attend will receive the written materials and be billed for shipping.

 

Publications
You may request full credit on your publication order, minus a $5.00 restocking fee for each item returned plus shipping & handling charges.
